to reverse or add the text box character

to reverse or add the text box character limits for Attribute Comments & Description.

Currently the attribute description text box has 255 characters whereas the attributes comments text box only 50. It would be better if the description was shorter than the comments or allow the opportunity to increase the characters for the comments box.
