Raiser's Edge users should have a conduit for internal communications with other users similar to how people interact in a calendar & task system like MS Exchange, Google Calendar, etc.

Internal reminders set by the user for themselves to do a task, or by a superuser assigning work to a subordinate user. They could be reoccurring on any normal calendar schedule, or one time things. They should have due dates, priority weights, optional time ranges, and completion variables. A note field should be available to describe the event, and it should have an optional hyperlink to connect an associated action inside Raiser's Edge.

e.g. Create a reminder task for Jamie Smith to run a specific query that displays comments people wrote on their Spark donation form at the time of contribution. Weekly she reads the comments and acts on them accordingly. The reminder triggers on a specific time of day and day of the week forever, and has a link to the named query which filters on NetCommunity Comments Description being populated.
