I also think that phone email etc should be in its own tab like addresses with attributes. I have 8 different entities using this database and they each have different needs when it comes to emails and phones. Some phones are emergency contacts for children and are only supposed to be used for that purpose. There for i cannot say do not contact because it needs to be used but only for their children. where does it say use it but only for children. it doesn't. OK now another problem with the way emails and phones are set up is that with emails i send out 8 different email newsletters. One entity gets a unsubscribe but I cannot delete it because it is being used by another entity and that person wants to continue to get it the newsletter. With address you can tag them put attributes on them, put dates on them etc so that they can be used with one export / query but not another. This is very necessary with emails and phone numbers. Does anyone else have this problem?
