Gift business rule does not work for bar-coded input gifts. Currently gift business rule works when gift is manually keyed into a batch.

Gift business rule does not work for bar-coded input gifts. Would like the rule to work when the bar-code enters all the fields needed for a gift in a batch. Works if a manual (non-bar-code) entry is entered.
