It's not a new idea, your competitors already have this: allow us to send electronic bulk mail statements to our local Post Office.

Thus, allowing end users to save both time and money. Many other organizations in our town have been utilizing this feature in their software for 6 -9 months already. When I called Support in January 2014, I got the impression, there was no way to know when this would be available and there was no way to determine when it would be available. Sadly, my explaining how this feature would save time and money was not motivation enough for Customer Support to take this further. However, in July, I finally found a Support Rep who was willing to take this on and find out some answers. I am left with the impression from RE this is not an important feature.
