One of our pledges was deleted from a constituent's record sometime between 2010 and 2014. I was only able to see when the record was LAST updated. It would have been helpful to know ALL the times this record was updated to pinpoint a time when pledge reminders were no longer being issued.
4 years worth of changes! I can't imagine the additional space that would be required to store every change - and we have a relatively small databases.
Not even sure that if the pledge reminder history is deleted from the record when the pledge was deleted that those 'changes' would even be on the record.
While being able to view more than latest would be nice at times. Can't imagine keeping all.
