Invert phone with email tabs

Nowadays we use email more than phone to contact our donors/members... It would be easier to see the email tab first on the bio 1 of a constituent record instead of phone tab. Can you invert those 2 tabs??? Thanks!

      or make it a user option for what order they're in...

      We use phone more - so option for user to configure could vote for but that's probably not an option.

      this seems like the same/similar idea to: 7.94 upgrade - change email tab to default when opening a constituent.
      You may want to consolidate the votes.
