When donor cancels a recurring gift and gift is marked as completed or terminated, why does record still show as having transaction due.
Software should recognize "completed" / "terminated" as cause to cancel next transaction and all future ones.

Have been told by support I have to enter an end date on the gift record to prevent it from having a next transaction.
"Recurring Gifts will only have "None" as a Next Transaction Due if you have an end date in the schedule." Work around suggested is adding criteria of gift status 'Active.' Manually adding an amendment to each completed recurring gift with a next transaction is cumbersome as date forced to enter is not accurate in any way to get RE to accept it.

(Still waiting to hear back from support why all 'completed' recurring gifts do not pull in a query of gifts with next transaction due when they have a next transaction due on the record.)
