Add a date range option - start and end dates - to solicit codes and annotations. Some of these codes/notes are temporary in nature, but as it stands cannot "expire" automatically. Instead, they need to be removed manually, which involves adding an action reminder to do so. While attributes do have start and end dates, they do not have the same functionality as solicit codes or annotations (mailing lists, pop up alerts, etc.). Adding a date range option to the solicit code and annotation would be much better.
