Extend the refresh rate of Active Users list

Extend the refresh rate of Active Users list in Blackbaud Management Console

When scrolling down through the Active Users list in BMC, the list refreshes and scrolls back to the top before the user can be selected. It would be good to control the time it takes to refresh this list.
