Add Import ID's to Volunteer Type lines. This will allow you to update via import.

Add import ID's Volunteer Type lines (VolTypeImpID). This will allow you to change/update them easily through import. Right now if somehow you ended up with a blank volunteer type with a status, it is all manual cleanup. OR develop a plugin to delete blank Volunteer Type lines.
