We don't want to see more duplicates added to our phones every time we use the copy preferred address to alternate feature to change an address. Give us an option on the phones. We have gone back to manually changing preferred to alternate and then creating a new address record for the preferred to avoid all these phones getting added each time. Constant clean up issues...
