We provide courses on a regular basis(weekly and monthly); however not all participants attend regularly and we are looking to monitor attendance via Raiser's Edge so that we can produce statistics as well as attendance, income & expenditure reports. We have been advised to set up each meeting as a separate event, which is not practical. Please can you look into producing a method within RE to resolve this issue?
So you mean that you want recurring events where the registrants are added to the full series? I like that idea.
Why do you not do this as an event group for now? Yes, you do need to create each event separately (which is much easier if you import them) but if grouped you can register someone for the whole group.
