Autofil for gift entry

It would be helpful to be able to set up autofil for gift entry. Example: When the Campaign is Event, the only Appeals that are displayed are Golf, Gala, and Auction. When Golf is selected from the three appeals, the only Fund that should be displayed is Cancer as the Golf tournament always goes to Cancer. This would save a lot of time. Also it would be nice to set certain fields to default, Example: When Auction is selected as the Event, then we should be able to default the letter code to No Letter and Receipt amount defaulted to zero.

    You can set defaults on the an appeal, fund or campaign record for either of the other two categories. Go to Records > Appeals > select your golf appeal. Then on the Fund tab select Cancer and check box to use as default. And if you put them in the right order in your batch they will auto fill.
