I'd like to see Raiser's Edge be able to pull title and organization associated with a business address into the donor acknowledgement merge

Currently as a part of the merge templates for Donor Acknowledgement letters, I can't include an individual's title and organization if the address being sent to is their business address.

    YO may want to check the knowledgebase or with support. I'm pretty sure that this is possible. I pull this into many of my letters all the time.
