easily moving from one constituent to another, without closing and re-opening

After making changes to a constituent record, instead of having to save and close the record and then having to "Open Individual/Organization Record", to have an option in the "File" menu to go to a new record, without it bringing up the menu to establish a new constituent.

    Either I'm not understanding your suggestion at all or you're asking for a function that exists. I make changes to Joe Smith's record, save it, and go to File. Choose Open if I want to let Joe's record close and open a different record or choose Open In New Window if I want to keep Joe's record open and open a different record. Choosing "New" will bring up blank record for entering new person.
