If a gift has been split into 3 parts, with any 2 parts having the same campaign ID and description, RE only exports the unique campaign IDs or descriptions, not repeated ones.

For example, if a gift was split into 3 parts with $100 in campaign #1, $100 in campaign #2, and another $100 in campaign #2 (note: each part would have unique funds/appeals), RE would export campaign description #1, campaign description #2, and a blank cell for the 3rd split portion.

This error causes issues when using the exported file to produce a Crystal Report that groups gifts by campaign ID/descriptions.
