In Tools>User Options>Records Tab>Individuals (data tree on left)>Constituent name format. Current choices are First Name Last Name; Last Name, First Name; or Constituent ID. Not being able to see the middle name causes problems if one uses an initial for a first name and is known by the middle name. Regarding our volunteer solicitors - A. Benjamin Clown - not to be confused with A. Peter Clown, no relation. Currently, I can only get Clown, A. to appear in Solicitor field on the Proposal window on the Prospect Tab. This is causing A LOT of problems!!
