Allow unsucessful claims to be removed from the Submit Gift Aid Claim to HMRC screen

When a claim is unsucessful due to an error (first name missing or postcode missing etc) we are stuck with a list of claims that will not be submitted. It would be useful if these could be deleted or at least hidden from view.

      I have a claim that has been on my list since 2017 so would be good to get rid of. But I can see this post needs to be brought into 2020......
