It is paramount that our organization has the capacity to restrict our users on RE from exporting our donor data from a query.

Our donor-base is our most valuable asset we have and everyone on RE shouldn't be able to export except those who are authorized. (Currently you can only restrict users from using the Export plugin, not the ability to export from a query).
