The RE-LO plugin should ignore all questions of type "caption" when importing event registrations.

Currently, participants for Luminate Online events that are mapped to RE have an attribute to store answers for all registration questions. This includes captions, which leads to attribute categories like "<h3>Note</h3>", which is nothing but clutter in our attribute category table.
