If HOH with outstanding pledge balance dies, the remaining spouse with the soft-credited pledge does not get bills.

There has to be a way bills can be generated from soft-credited pledge when HOH dies and a remaining balance is due. I tried to do this with BB Chat and it was not possible. We missed billings for a year on a pledge.

    Good idea!
    Haven't had that scenario yet but sure we will someday. How about option for a pop-up when record is marked deceased. Notify to adjust addressees, why not 'this person has a pledge balance/active recurring gift.
