Removing query criteria option of "Ratings"

Removing query criteria option of "Ratings" from available choices when Prospect Module not present

When in constituent query, there is a heading of 'Ratings'. We do not have propect module and this criteria is looking for data in this module so using this in query can produce incorrect results.
