Individual donor retention & attrition reports needed!

Now that fundraising analysis and metrics have gotten more sophisticated, I need a way to EASILY report on donor retention rates over multiple years (1, 3, 5, etc.). Currently you have to query one year at a time and combine output figures, then analyze and check - painstaking!

      I agree completely. The emphasis on metrics is increasing and we really need a way to quickly and easily measure donor retention, lapsed donors, donors who increase or decrease, etc. on a year by year basis over multiple years.

      I am currently having this issue and I am shocked that this is the work around on such a sophisticated system.
