Allow user to delete letters / reminders from the list displayed on letter & reminder history links on gift record

At times a letter is generated but not sent or a reminder is generated but not sent. Would like ability to remove letter from the listing of those sent to the constituent.
I'm refering to the "letter" listing one can see by clicking "letter" (right side, below 'acknowledge'). And the History of reminders.

    Absolutely!

    Also, it would be nice if you could add a reminder record, since you might be asked to do one on the fly.
