Allow use of a 3rd party gateway like | Ideas for Raiser's Edge

Allow use of a 3rd party gateway like Beanstream.

I am currently using BBNC but it is too difficult to work with and would like to switch to Online Express but to do so I need to be able to use Beanstream as my gateway.
