Change the business position field from free text to a table

We pull a substantial about of queries for data mining using the business position field. I would like to see it changed from free text to a table so that there is better standardization in that field.

    You can not standardise people's titles! they are as individual as names. Iwould never want to see how large that table would be.

    Wht wouldn't you use the profession field to come up with more generic list of these types of jobs. I believe this is the intention of this field.
