Create "Requests no email" action for unsubscribes received through BBNC

When a constituent unsubscribes via BBNC's profile update, and the unsubscribe request is processed through the BBNC plugin, an action should be created that records the date, the survey response (if that was added to BBNC), and the BBNC page that the request came through - in addition to checking "Requests no email".

    This idea is really old and specifically to NetCommunity. However, I think this would be a useful feature for the other email functions, such as Online Express and the Email Marketing features in the RENXT web view. It would be helpful to see an action with a date indicating an opt-out, and it would be great if this were just automated.
