The number of credit cards that are declined when we process our recurring gifts each month continues to grow because the donor's cc account number has changed.

Vendors exist that will update or recover these numbers for large ($1M annually in credit card transations), for-profit entities like my gym. As an individual non-profit, we are too small to purchase this product for ourselves. I need BBMS to make this service available to Raiser's Edge users (and not just Luminate customers).

Please hurry in implementing this. With the increasing popularity of monthly giving, the recovery/update service is needed now more than ever. The staff time it takes to update cards is extensive, and even with best practices, donors are sometimes unresponsive. We process more than 1,500 cards a month and we are losing donations because of bad card numbers.
