Add a batch number via Import or another

Add a batch number via Import or another administrative tool (for clean up purposes)

Cleaning data, we found batch numbers incorrectly recorded as attributes. Would like the ability--and only through an administrative tool, not for the general user--to add a batch number to gifts that are lacking them.
