While I appreciate the changes to the screen in 7.92 when adding a new record which is a possible duplicate - there is still some confusion.

Add as a new record vs. mark as not a duplicate. Are they not BOTH adding as a new record? When would someone add as a new record and NOT mark it as a duplicate. This has been difficult for users in testing (still have not upgraded yet).
