Add sub-constituent fields, with a date to field. For example, a board member could have a "Board Member" constituent code and a "Trust Committee" sub-constituent code linked back to "Board Member." If they change committees, a date to could be added to "Trust Committee" (signifying they were at one time on that committee), and a new sub-constituent code could be created for the new committee. This would allow for some link to exist between a constituent code (board member) and further identifying information (committee name).
