I'd like to be able to allow certain staff the ability to see within gift batches, but not allow them to edit, create, commit, or anything else. Currently, if you allow for Batches but don't include any batch privileges, they can only see the list of batches, and can't go into a batch to view it. They need to be able to see inside the batches from time to time, but I don't want them to be able to edit it (selecting Edit Batch is currently the least worst option that allows them to view, though).
