Although there is currently a BB Knowledgebase "Solution" for this, it is time consuming and inefficient. When gifts are posted to the General Ledger, that GL Batch Number should be added to the gift Miscellaneous information, in the same location as GL Post Status and GL Post Date fields. Since historical GL batches are not retrievable (another issue), this GL batch field would help locate these GL batches that we may have printed or exported as PDFs - especially helpful for gifts that need to be adjusted and during high-gift-traffic periods during the year.
