Add 'New Action" and "New Proposal" buttons for use within Custom Views.

We have developed several custom views that are well-received; however, one issue that inhibits optimal use is that they do not offer functionality such as adding a new action or a new proposal. Those buttons would make a significant difference for our employees.

    Please add this! Not having the new action button limits productivity by needing to first click to edit mode, then the tab to add the action. If the custom view can include the ability to create new action it allows for users to be efficient in their analysis of profiles and making calls logging actions to those profiles. thx
