Show Title and Suffix in the Contact information in the Constituent profile and directory reports.

Show Title and Suffix in the Contact information in the Constituent profile and directory reports. Currently, the only way to include the Title/Suffix information for a contact is to include an Addressee/Salutation to the constituent record. This information then appears (pages into the report) as Additional Addresses and Salutations.
