Did you know that if you accidentally apply a MG Pay-Cash to the wrong pledge and later change it. The MG credit remains forever and always linked to the wrong donor and not to the corrected one. Apparently, although you can change which pledge it is applied to, you should never do this. You have to delete and re-enter. How absolutely ridiculous! A) it is ridiculous that this is not mentioned in any User Manual or KB solution to my knowledge and b) for 12 years I have used RE and never known this. Painful and irritating.
