Sort Key

Restore the Sort Key field to Pre-7.95 upgrade to allow alpha sort of all entries of a list in Query and in Export.
When using Sort Key before the recent upgrade, John Smith used to appear in the Sort Key field as "Smith,John,M,0001-593-0000150544". Organizations, Foundations, and Corporations displayed as "Smith Foundation,John and Mary" (or however we set up in the name field with the "\" to indicate which part of the name to use as the sort part of the name.
Now, Sort Key displays "John Smith" or "John and Mary Smith Foundation". And once exported, and using the sort key to sort a list, all the Alan's (Alan Adams, Alan Baker, Alan Jones) are followed by Barbara's, Carol's, Daniel's, etc., sorting left to right for the content of the name field. Changing the Name field format in User Options to show Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, changes both the Sort Key and Name field displays simultaneously so both fields display as "Smith, John J." or for Org/Fndtn/Corp as "Smith Foundation, John and Mary". Changing the Name field format to First-Middle-Last changes both the Sort Key and Name fields to display as "John J. Smith" and "John and Mary Smith Foundation". This does not give the ability to sort Org's/Fndtn's/Corp's with Indiv's and still display the Name field in John J. Smith format.

This has got to be a glitch?

I'm certain it was an error on someone's part, but when I raised the issue with support, was told I needed to go this route to get someone to look at it, if it gets enough votes. :/
