Another area to change character limit - report footer on constituent giving history

Unable to put our standard tax deduction statement as constituent giving history report footer or as page footer. Plenty of room on screen but stopped accepting text at set point. Increase or eliminate character limit!!!

    How can anyone add the standard tax deduction to the Annual Statement Report Report Footer in 80 characters - this is so limiting! How are other organizations working around this?
