Different Legends Options (colors) for Contact Types

In Options > Colors > Legends > Relationships, it would be SO helpful to set different options for different types of contacts; most importantly, Former Contacts.

Right now, all contacts (even Former Contacts, "Do Not Mail This Contact", etc etc) look the same. If "Former Contacts" could be a different color, this would make the Relationships Tab much more efficient. Technically, this could be solved in several ways -- i.e., if the legend could be changed for "Do Not Mail", or changed by Relationship Type, or change by Contact Type...

Thank you!

Or event if they were a former employee that they would be suppressed. I.E. we have some organizations that have hundreds of employees that aren't necessarily contacts at the organization but employees and when they move on we mark as a former employee and add the new relationship with the new organization.  But we previous organization may still have hundred of employees showing on the record, if they could be suppressed, alternate color, etc.

Just curious why you would still have someone marked as a contact, if they are no longer a contact? Just trying to capture history?

Once they are not marked a contact, your search options are limited. So, for example, if Joe Smith is the former chairman of Smith Industries, I still like to be able to see that he is associated with that record (perhaps someone is asking why he's no longer showing up on a guest list under Smith Industries, or I'm checking to see if his name is even in the database before adding a new record, etc etc), but he's not necessarily a contact. It sounds like an unusual case, but for a corporate donor base like ours, it comes up a LOT.

Alternatively, the colors would be nice for different types of contacts. For some of our records, we have dozens of contacts list, but obviously not all are created equal. So Executive Management could be red, while someone's secretary (who we "do not mail" and doesn't get included on mailing lists, but we do need to be able to look up her info to send emails, etc) could be in a darker color.

It would be nice to a least have the option to change these (like the way the "Gifts" tab is customizable from user to user). It doesn't need to be the default, but I'm sure there are other Raiser's Edge users like myself that would greatly benefit.
