Add red check marks to the new Telephone/Email/Link/Fax/Other to show when data is present.

The new 9.74 view on BIO 1 of the tabs for Telephone/Email/Link/Fax/Other requires us to click on each tab to see if there is data present. Before all contact options were viewable in a quick and easy snapshot. Now we have to click each tab to see if there's anything there.

yes.. add the red check to show that there is data, like every other RE tab!
