When committing a gift batch - there is a screen where users can select a few options such as Apply gifts to pledges or recurring fits automatically - print the commit report, if there is rejection code to not commit the gift etc. When any user selects one of these options - the change is universal and not user specific. These options should not be universally applied, The standard options should be determined by Security Groups - or allow a user to set their preferences. My options should not change every time based who the last person to commit a batch was
