NC Donation Transaction Permissions

The NC donation transaction permissions are all or nothing. I need the option to set specific permissions for that process. I want someone to be able to process transactions but I don't want them to have permission to delete (let alone bulk delete) transactions.

    Yes, this is a huge issue for my group also. We have been racking our brains on how to prevent this. The way we look at it is that we should not delete any gift. We need to import every gift into RE, whether they meant to give the gift or not. We then do an adjustment to have the paper trail of the gift.
