Allowing a "pledge amount" to show "declined" so a list of pledges can show pledges, refusals and open prospects still to be contacted.

Create an entry other than $0.00 for prospects who declined so lists of prospects distinguish between unrealized and refusals.

I would love this function in Basic RE too. Can really see need in prospect module but would sure like it system wide. When we run past giving for pledge cards, it's impossible to distinguish the turndowns from those not contacted/no reply turned in by campaigner.
