Allow resizing of all dialog boxes and data entry tables

Allow resizing / maximizing of all dialog boxes (query criteria, attributes, Education / School, Bank / Financial, Assigned Solicitor, Funds, Gift, Attributes, Event). All data tables, selection listboxes, and other controls grow/shrink dynamically to the size of the dialog box. The user should be able resize table columns and data entry dialogs for any screen in RE.

      James - to get the vote count higher for resizing you may want to vote your support for one of the existing suggestions. There are a number of them already that relate to this subject and BB tends to give more attention to those with higher numbers of votes. :)
