Add the option to filter educational degrees in Exports.

When I want to pull data for a specific degree, I shouldn't have to go and have to go and clean my output file to remove all the extra degrees. We should have a way to ouput the degrees in a specific order also.

    Agree - additional filters for Education Relationships exports should be added. In an Individual Relationships export, the only filter available for Education Relationships is the School Name. Need Type, Degree, Status added as filters for Education Relationships in exports.
