"Anonymous" option for each individual report.

I would like to be able to choose which reports show "Anonymous" and which show the constituent's name with an asterict at the end. I would also like to move the asterict so it is more prominentally shown on the report. It is frustrating to only have an all or none option.

    I would also like to be able to have Anonymous listed per gift/pledge and not just Anonymous listed once and a series of gifts (associated with other anonymous donors) listed. It is confusing because it leaves the team wondering if this is one anon donor with multiple gifts, or several anon donors.
