Make all tabs available when adding new constituent records in gift batch

While entering gifts in Gift Batch, it is sometimes necessary to add new Constituent records. Unfortunately, when entering Organization records, the Relationships tab is not available, and in order to add organization contacts, the new record must be saved and closed, then reopened to reveal the Relationships tab and add contacts or other relationships.
The same issue is true when needing to add Notes to a new record.
Please make all tabs available when adding new constituent records in Gift batch.

    I don't understand why the relationship tab isn't available until after the record is saved and closed when adding a constituent from a gift batch. When creating a new constituent from the record section of RE, this isn't the case and you can add relationships without having to save, close and then re-open.

    This is really is a pain. I find that at the very least make Relationships available in Organizations as it is in Individuals.

    YES!! A pain to have to add the org record, save and close, then RE-OPEN to add the relationship.
