I upload screenshots as part of filing a Case Central case, but can't review them after it's submitted. There are hyperlinks suggesting I can, but the image returned is empty. It would be handy in subsequent communication on the case if I could see the screenshot again. Or if there are more than one upload, to review which image features the point I'd like to focus Support's attention on. Support's note on the issue is "Once the images are uploaded onto Case Central and the case is submitted they are entered into our general system server. You wont be able to access them afterwards. You can submit new images but you will not be able to retrieve them since they are in a pool of all other uploaded files."
