Allow Assigned Solicitor (relationship) to become a required field when adding new constituents

Assigned Solicitor needs to be an option to make required when adding a new constituent. Not sure why so many options are in the Configuration field, but this one is not in there. As Development staff are based upon their performance via gifts and actions, I don't know why we cannot it make it a required field when adding new constituent records.

    One thing you can try is creating a query to look for records with no solicitor. You can look at who added the record and make sure they update.

    good thought, Nicole. That would help temporarily. Unfortunately, it would just be continual follow up. I'm trying to train the staff members, but it takes time. :)
